Kids Volley (6-12yo)

Service Description

Kids Volley (also known as Spike Zone) is our entry-level volleyball program for primary school (and early secondary school) aged children who want to learn the fundamentals of volleyball. LEARN HOW TO PLAY VOLLEYBALL AND HAVE FUN! These sessions are a set of skills and fun games, the major focus is on a correct volleyball technique and fun. Kids are not in teams as such but a mini-game is a regular part of each session. Once they are older (Year 7 and above) and confident enough to move onto our Junior Volley (previously known as Volley4Teens), the next step on a volleyball pathway, there is more emphasis on actual teams and games and every Term there is competition. Even more advanced players can move to our Intensive Junior Volley session which is a pathway to WAVL, the ultimate goal. *Can start any school term *Indoor hardcourts of Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre, 303 Pinjarra Rd, Mandurah. *Thursdays 4:45-5:45 pm. Please check our socials for any chances. *Max. 20 participants per session. *99 per school term - our participation fee * This includes their VWA membership (on a per-term basis) *Registration Day for the following Term is during the last session of Week 10 of the previous Term. Kids are accepted on a first-in-best-dressed basis if paid on time. Registrations can be made through a link on the Volleyball WA website that is published on our social page and emailed to interested persons. *Credit card payments preferred. *KidSport Vouchers accepted.
